We are currently seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our diverse clientele. If you have strong organisational skills, proficiency in basic maths, and excellent communication abilities, we would like to hear from you.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information
- Utilise phone etiquette when answering customer calls
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills to manage customer flow and inquiries effectively
- Excellent English language skills for clear communication with customers and team members
- Sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
