Responsibilities:
- Responding to customers’ queries over the phone and through email
- Advising customers on procedures of placing an order and providing product fitting
information
- Dealing with stock enquiries leading to potential sales
- Guiding customers with regards to product selection for their vehicle model
- Advising on our T&C’s and applying them accordingly in challenging situations
- Utilising sales techniques to provide customer support and maximise sales
Requirements:
- An automotive enthusiast: Good knowledge of cars, interest and passion for the automotive industry is a must
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic
- Excellent phone manners
- Able to work independently using own initiative
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
- Perfect grammar
- Able to work under pressure and deal with challenging scenarios
- Being able to demonstrate our Company values of Honesty, Respect, Self-
