This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to work within a vibrant and social Customer Care team. In terms of candidates, we are looking for somebody with excellent communication skills and rapport building skills, with an ability to communicate information in a clear and articulate manner to clients, contractors and colleagues. We are also looking for resilient candidates, ideally experienced in a previous role.
Duties include:
- Resolving new and existing customer issues quickly and efficiently
- To communicate effectively over the telephone with customers
- Respond to any email requests for information within 24 hours of receipt
- To resolve customer complaints arising on a day-to-day basis resulting in the customer remaining satisfied with the service.
- To communicate effectively through the mediums of email and written correspondence with customers, with an objective to swiftly respond to any queries or requests for information wherever necessary
