ROLE: Customer Care Co-Ordinator
LOCATION: Chelmsford – CM1
SALARY: £27,000 - £35,000 + Package

They have been established over 4 decades, delivering speculative and partnerships based residential developments. The business has multiple regional offices and are continuing to grow. They are rated 5* and take quality and CUSTOMER CARE very seriously and take pride in the product they deliver.
The Role:
You will sit within the Customer Care team playing a pivotal role within the business. You will work closely with the sales team to make sure all is set for when people move in and typically be the point of contact throughout the two year warranty period. You will do everything from arranging welcoming parties for new home owners through to submitting meter readings to utility companies. You will assist the home owner in identifying defects and manage the diaries of Operatives who need to attend homes. This is a challenging and busy role that is perfect for someone with previous housebuilding experience.
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
- Previous experience in a similar or same role within a house builder
- A passion for customer service
- You must be highly organised and able to manage liaising with various different departments and people.
