Franchise Support Executive

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm; 1 weekend in 5 on call. (from home)
My client is looking for a Franchise Support Executive to join our team, providing comprehensive support and training to our Franchise Partners. This role is perfect for someone passionate about developing their skills in training, coaching, and supporting business growth across various strategic areas. The successful candidate will be field based, offering hands-on support primarily in person, with a focus on enhancing profit, customer experience, and marketing strategies.
The role would suit someone with excellent Customer Service experience and been in a role that has involved supervising / assisting with New Starters. This role doesn’t involve training from scratch however helping to put best practice into place to help the company franchises to develop and increase revenue.
Day to Day of the role:
- Assist with site handovers and openings, supporting the operations team and Franchise Support Managers.
- Deliver initial and ongoing training to all staff on-site, adhering to our established methods.
- Engage with Franchise Partners at the Academy before opening day.
- Coach and support Franchise Partners in utilising site-specific marketing opportunities and promoting national campaigns.
- Ensure effective site administration setup for ongoing compliance.
- Provide additional training or follow-ups as required by Franchise Support Managers in all business aspects.
- Offer training and support in IT and our systems for Franchise Partners.
- Support the launch of new initiatives and train Franchise Partners as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- Flexibility and the ability to work well within a small team.
- Professionalism and a level-headed approach to challenging situations.
- A hands-on approach and a strong representation of the brand.
Benefits:
- Salary is £31,000 plus Expenses & Company Car.
- Field-based role with UK-wide travel and regular overnight stays (2/3 nights per week).
- 1 weekend in 5 on-call support with days off in lieu provided.
