We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Manager, based in Stafford area 

Ideally someone from an automotive, retail or high value sales environment

·All escalated customer complaints dealt with in most cost effective way to achieve customer satisfaction – Customer Service

Core skills and Knowledge

·Customer Service Skills to manage and exceed all customer experiences to the highest level.

·Time and priority management to be able to carry out own tasks.
