Our client based in Stafford is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Manager. The company sell/maintain/service luxury motorhomes.
Managing a small team of three aftersale staff the role involves handling enquiries via email, phone and face to face through their showroom. Dealing with aftersales, existing clients and potential new clients your role will require being able to communicate and promote excellent customer services within your team of staff.
The successful candidate will need to have worked within a similar role either in automotive or luxury motorhome sectors. A track record of managing the customer service experience is essential.
