Your role involves promoting excellent service across the organization, handling escalated complaints, managing warranty claims, and facilitating on-site communication for exceptional customer experiences. Primary Duties for this Customer Care Manager include:
- Handle challenging customers referred by the service center manager, coordinating with all departments to gather necessary information before addressing customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the service center manager to develop strategies aimed at preventing recurring issues.
- Work closely with the Process Writer to ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of processes, along with ongoing customer service training to strengthen our market position.
- Participate in on-site events and exhibitions as the representative of the company.
- Adhere to the of Practice.
- Supervise the Complaints Log completion and scan it onto customers' record cards.
- Maintain daily communication with all managers to explore potential enhancements to customer service.
- Provide support to all staff members to ensure customer satisfaction, aiming for my client to be recognized as an industry leader in customer service excellence.
