Page Group are delighted to be working with a Leeds based business who specialise in the manufacturing and installation of home based products. They are looking for a Customer Care Manager to support B2C customers with after call and arranging installation of their new products
Description
- Overall responsibility for driving the timely repair or installation of customer products within agreed SLA's
- Work closely with a network of engineers who are responsible for installing and repairing customer products
- Manage engineer availability and allocate engineers to attend installation and repairs within a timely manor
- Drive customer excellence across the Customer Care team during all interactions, and influence the engineers to provide a positive service during interactions
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements across the customer operation that lead to better experiences for customers
- Provide strong coaching and leadership to a team of 11fte through 1-2-1's, training and role modelling
- Work cross functionally with various internal departments to ensure a consistent approach is provided to all customers
- Take ownership of any escalated customer issues in a timely manor wit minimal impact to the customer
- Interpret data based on the Customer Care function and use to create meaningful & positive change where necessary

- Experience managing a similar Customer Care / Customer Service function
- Customer focused approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Self motivated and organised
- Excellent communication skills
