Audit Senior

Reed Practice are currently working with a Leeds based, award-winning accountancy firm who are looking to expand their Audit team. The practice is renowned for its staff retention and focus on progression, with some staff being there for at least 50 years having joined as a graduate!

• 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday (core hours are 10-4, with flexibility either side of this)

Duties:

• Aiding the completion of audit fieldwork
• Planning and completing audit assignments
• Reporting directly to the partners
• Preparation of statutory financial statements, highlighting high level risk areas
• Aiding in analytical audit procedures
• Preparation of financial accounts and tax computations

About you:

• Anywhere from one year of experience up to managerial level
• Solid IT knowledge and use of software’s
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Excellent time management, sticking to strict deadlines

Qualifications:

• Must be at least studying towards or have studied one of the following AAT/ACA/ACCA.
