Job Purpose- Act as the primary project lead for a varied portfolio of clients and audits.
- Coach and project manage the on-site team to review work, provide support and ensure quality control.
- Work on high-risk areas of audit files.
- Review statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and returns.
- Preparation of reports to support Audit Managers and Senior Managers during client meetings.
- Support junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing.
- Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries.
- Work to client expectations, budgets, and deadlines.
- Promote services to existing and prospective clients.
- Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team.
- Be involved in strategic projects both in the office and wider firm.
- Manage your own time effectively to ensure deadlines are always met.

- At least 3 years’ audit practice experience.
- Excellent leadership skills to support junior staff.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sound IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with a passion for progression and business development.
- A strong work ethic, time management and project management skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to conduct research autonomously.
- Able to work confidently with senior team members.
