Elevation Recruitment are thrilled to be collaborating with a prominent construction firm, as they are actively seeking a Customer Care Manager to join their team. As the Customer Care Manager, you will lead the Customer care department, setting the standard for service excellence.
Key Information:
- 12-18 month FTC
- £45,000-£60,000 + 10% car allowance
- Private medical
- Remote/Hybrid – travel to sites across the south and north of England
Key Duties of the Customer Care Manager:
- Develop and implement a Customer care strategy with a focus on continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and ensure targets are met
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, partners, and suppliers.
- Implement and maintain Customer care metrics and reporting systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and manage the Customer care budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Assist with the onboarding, training and appraisals of team members
The Customer Care Manager will require:
- Proven experience in a Customer Care leadership role within the construction industry ideally home building
- A good understanding of NHBC
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute Customer care strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
