Do you want to help make a difference, then come and join us in the Housing Service. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join the External Relations team based within Housing Investment.
The team is dedicated to managing customer feedback and customer engagement activities linked to the repairs and planned improvement works carried out and in around council homes.
Your main duties will cover:
- Responsibility for a daily feedback caseload that includes:
- liaising with customers to ensure we understand their complaint and can work to find a resolution within prescribed timescales.
- liaising with contractors and other council teams to investigate the feedback.
- writing written complaint replies and dealing with general enquiries.
- Responsibility for engaging with key stakeholders by telephone, letter, emails, flyers, face to face to keep them informed about the repair, maintenance, and planned improvements of the Council’s housing stock
