Efficiently manage the diaries of Multi-Trade operatives, ensuring accurate work scheduling and administrative functions. Collaborate with the Development Customer Care Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience for those moving into new build homes. Maintain a high level of accuracy and service, providing effective support to internal and external customers for a positive customer journey.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers through various channels, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, GDPR, and internal policies.
- Efficiently manage diaries, schedule works, and oversee operative workloads to ensure timely completion of all tasks based on agreed priorities.
- Engage with customers promptly regarding scheduled jobs, follow-ons, and adjusted appointments, aiming to minimize disruption and maintain excellent customer service.
- Proactively identify and report trends, making recommendations for service improvements to the management team.
- Serve appropriate notices when necessary for cost recharging, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all associated costs.
- Assist multi-trade operatives in managing their van stock levels and coordinating van maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to organize the delivery of materials and equipment.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless service to customers, including covering Customer Care phones during busy periods and conducting end-of-work calls to customers.
- Undertake any additional duties as required and aligned with the role.
