Unuted Living Water Limited provides a comprehensive range of utility infrastructure services covering all aspects of pipeline networks including investigation, design, planning, infrastructure maintenance, main rehabilitation, new connections.
The company are currently looking for an experienced Customer Care / Receptionist based in the offices in Washington. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to multi-task and have a friendly manner. The Customer Care / Receptionist will provide administrative support to the various teams across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well- established Utility Contractor.
The main responsibilities for the Customer Care / Receptionist are:
- Manage reception area and look after visitors
- Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary
- Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Manage outgoing post and record data on special deliveries
- Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
- Photocopy, scan and file appropriate documents as needed
- Draft, format and print relevant documents
- Interact with staff and carry out their requests
- Any other duties deemed appropriate
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior reception/customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office programs
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to sensitively handle confidential information
- Strong record keeping skills
- Presentation skills, including welcoming guests to events
- Ability to multitask
