This client operates globally with impressive headquarters based in Cheltenham and are a proud constituent of the FTSE 100.This role would suit someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service with strong skills in accuracy and attention to detail to match. You will enjoy building relationships predominantly over the telephone however will possess impressive written communication skills too.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Liaising with customers effectively processing orders from enquiry through to invoicing• Supporting Customers with offering product knowledge, such as ad-ons and alternatives when required• Providing accurate, detailed price and availability quotations to customers via the phone or email enquiry.• Supporting customers with managing and maintaining remote consignment stock• Managing all customer enquiries both verbal and written• Proactive Account Management

REQUIREMENTS:• Attention to detail• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)• Ability to multitask and manage own time effectively• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure results• Computer literate• Results focused• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
