Through this excellent customer experience customers will keep returning whilst spreading the good news about their experience. The Customer Consultant ensures that we meet our customers’ needs and wishes from the purchase of a new or used vehicle or through the life of the vehicle’s requirements, total customer ownership.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure that we provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times, giving the customer the best possible experience.Provide accurate information at all times for all customer products and services, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordinglyUnderstand the importance of all aspects of the relationship with the customer from their original enquiry, product guidance, test drive, sale of a new car, used car, handover to the lifetime care of the vehicle and the service requirements.Ensure that a continual dialogue is maintained with the customer that’s appropriate to them and in the manner / mechanism that suits them, ensuring a personal service at all times.Welcome and greet all customers (sales and aftersales) to the dealership and ensure their experience is second to none.Help the dealership to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.
