We have a vacancy in our small team at Library Services for Schools for a highly motivated, creative-thinking individual with excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver great customer service and continuous customer satisfaction.
You will play an important role in the organisation and delivery of library services to schools, engaging directly with the schools themselves, creating and monitoring service level agreements, co-ordinating our Book Bus visits and communicating with the rest of the team to ensure we’re providing the best mix of services to meet their needs. You will also be actively involved in the marketing and promotion of our services, from looking after our website to taking a prominent role in our social media activity.
