Overview:
Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience + up to 6% discretionary bonus per annum
Working Location: Hybrid – Milton Keynes - Office requirements Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Closing Date: 29th March 2024

Responsibilities:
What you’ll be doing:
  • Dealing with high volume phone calls, recommend repudiation or investigation of a claim at first contact.
  • Manage customers’ expectations, explaining decisions succinctly and well, detailing what will happen next in the claims process.
  • Seek advice, direction and authority when necessary, from the appropriate support function.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to GDPR and Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
  • Ensure complaints are managed in a timely and pro-active manner, with adherence to required timescales and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • High level of empathy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
