Customer Experience Manager (with expertise in Pardot)

How will you make an impact?
* Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy, including campaign planning and implementation.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
* Create and implement personalised email journeys that deliver impactful results and drive engagement.
* Oversee the collection, organisation, and analysis of customer data to gain valuable insights.
* Segment the customer base to tailor marketing and communication efforts for specific customer groups.
* Craft and manage multi-channel communication campaigns (email, social media, etc.) to engage customers and drive conversions.
* Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
* Generate regular reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
* Evaluate and implement CRM software and tools to enhance customer relationship management.
* Ensure seamless integration with other relevant systems and platforms.
* Collaborate with your line manager to maintain website content and performance optimization.
* Lead and inspire the frontline CX team to deliver exceptional Customer Experiences.
* Coach and guide the team to meet team and company goals.
* Work collaboratively across departments to align with business objectives and support strategic project delivery.
* Assist the CX team in prioritizing daily workload and initiatives to support broader business goals.
* Oversee their Sample Service, ensuring ongoing delivery, upgrades, and improvements.
* Manage the end-to-end process, from planning to analysis.
About You:
* Pardot Experience is ESSENTIAL
* Possess at least 3 years of significant experience in CRM management.
* Proficient in web platforms like Shopify and Salesforce.
* Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a remote environment, ideally with experience in managing remote teams.
* Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* IT literate across Microsoft 365 platforms, including TEAMS.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a "can-do" mentality.
* Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
This is a fully remote position working from home with your salary sitting between £45,000 - £60,000 dependent upon your experience.
