Job Description:
Our client is a market leading retailer who due to continued success and increased workload is looking to recruit a Recruitment Advisor to support the team. You will be responsible for screening and completing telephone interviews with candidates ensuring all notes are recorded correctly on the system. 
Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customers via telephone to understand their recruitment needs.
• Resourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Completing general admin duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a Recruitment Support role is preferred.
