The Role of Technical Support Engineer
- 50% Worcester based, 50% field based (UK wide).
- Provide support and training to internal engineers and customers.
- Create technical and training documentation.
- In-house repairs, testing, and setting-up of propriety instrumentation
- Travel to customer sites to conduct training and repairs when necessary.
- Mon - Fri position, 40 hours per week
The Candidate for the Technical Support Engineer
- Hold a qualification in an engineering discipline such as HNC/Degree/Apprenticeship.
- Hands on experience with mechatronic, hydraulic, or electronic systems
- Customer focused approach to engineering
- Strong English communication skills; verbal and written.
- Knowledge of calibration and creating technical documentation is beneficial.
- Happy to commute to Worcester when not on customer sites.
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to work in the UK without restriction as sponsorship will not be provided.
The Package for the Technical Support Engineer
- £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary, depending on experience
