We're helping our client appoint a Customer Experience Manager to join the business in Milton Keynes on a hybrid basis.
The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for the successful onboarding of new partnerships and supporting growth initiatives within existing partners, you will be a key part of a dynamic and proactive team. Working closely with Deal teams and Success teams, you will represent the business to impeccable professional standards whilst coordinating and managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of onboarding projects.
In collaboration with new business development counterparts, this role guarantees smooth transitions through every stage of the partner lifecycle, including contributing to early relationship building and incubating new partners through launch phases into BAU.

You'll have
* Financial services (D2C and B2B2C) experience
* Understanding of financial services market & regulatory agenda
* Excellent knowledge of the mechanics and requirements behind successful partnership models
* Strong influencing and relationship management experience
* Demonstrable expertise in project management and stakeholder management
* Exceptional communication skills
