We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager eCRM to join our Marketing team at Virgin Experience Days.

As a Digital Marketing Manager for eCRM, your mission is clear: from Day 1 you will be laser-focused on weekly trading results and maximising commercial outcomes for our broadcast emails.
This newly-created role sits across the UK and USA, and together with the Global CRM Lead you'll be instrumental in executing best-in-class email communication for both markets.
This is a full time, permanent role working 3 days per week from our Bourne End office (Buckinghamshire, SL8 5YS).
We need you to help us:
- Own the end to end execution of broadcast emails UK & USA from strategic brief to pressing send
- Assist with strategic set up for lifecycle programs where required
- Implement a test & learn approach with demonstrable uplift of our core KPIs (Opens, clicks, revenue, repeat rate)
- Implement market-specific strategies for the UK and USA
Responsibilities
- Work along-side the Global CRM Lead to identify areas of opportunity within the CRM system, including segmentation of customer base
- Be creative, take ideas from conception to reality working with stakeholders across the wider marketing team including copywriters, digital designers and so on
- Know your KPIs inside out and keep on top of reporting your success
What you’ll need:
- You're keen to jump right in and thrive on getting those all-important results
- You'll have solid experience working specifically within CRM
- You don’t mind a bit of flex. Happy to arrange working pattern in order to accommodate some cross over with US time difference (GMT -7.00 or MST)
- You have experience responding to trading-critical demands
- You can demonstrate a deep knowledge of campaign building using an ESP (DotDigital/ Emarsys or similar)
- You are happy working to a tight schedule, in a fast-paced environment
- You've got experience managing multiple accounts across global markets (UK and USA for example)
- You're more than comfortable working with reporting suits via in-platform, Google Analytics, Looker and Google Workspace
- You have a top-tier work ethic, a true team player at all times willing to uphold our core values as a business - We're Better Together
- You really understand multi-channel Digital Marketing and how to drive performance through optimisation
- It goes without saying, but you're also exceptionally organised

- Have skills with email design HTML/CSS/SQL
- Confident to discuss reporting and performance at all levels
- Great communication, happy to work alongside multiple stakeholders to get the job done
