Our reputable client is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to support their Senior HR Operations Manager on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general day-to-day advice and guidance on policies and processes and administering processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- The HR Operations and Compliance Manager will provide specialist advice and expertise on immigration and employment vetting matters.
- Responsible for carrying out regular internal audits on all processes and records in relation to Disclosure & Barring Service.
- Support the delivery of a Continuous Service Improvement framework.
- Take a lead role in supporting the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of any new systems or processes related to Disclosure & Barring Service.
- Responsible for ensuring the client is undertaking the appropriate checks and rechecks in accordance with internal process.
Key Skills:
- Experience of HR related compliance activities within operational teams, specifically focused on screening and vetting activity.
- The HR Operations and Compliance Manager will be able to build strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR related compliance activities within operations teams.
