Our global client is looking for a permanent Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and executing online strategies, overseeing digital campaigns, optimizing ad spend, analysing customer behaviour, and ensuring a positive online experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic Execution:

• Align ecommerce strategy with business goals.
• Identify trends and monitor KPIs for success.

Website and Product Management:

• Oversee operations for a user-friendly website.
• Manage the online product catalogue and inventory.

Digital Marketing:

• Execute campaigns, optimise ad spend, and analyse customer behaviour.

Customer Experience:

• Enhance online shopping, respond to inquiries, and drive positive reviews.

Analytics, Security, and Logistics:

• Analyse traffic and sales data.
• Ensure secure payments, compliance, and efficient logistics.

Budget, Collaboration, and Compliance:

• Manage ecommerce budgets and collaborate with teams.
• Ensure legal compliance and monitor competitors.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum in a Digital Manager role
• Experience within Klaviyo, email marketing
• Shopify experience
• PPC & Paid social campaigns
• Ecommerce management and fundamental understanding of SEO
