Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a Housing Association with the recruitment of a Customer Liaison Officer on a permanent basis
Daily duties of the Customer Liaison Officer consists of:
- To support a triage process following contact from customers who report damp and mould in their home, and if determined to be the first person attending to assess the issues and co-ordinate an appropriate response
- To raise works with the appropriate department or escalate for a surveyor to attend where the issues are more complex
- To work closely with the Housing Patch Managers and Officers where broader issues or support needs are identified in the home
- To identify opportunities to shape and influence service improvement across the damp and mould function to achieve the best outcomes for customers
Essential experience of the Customer Liaison Officer:
- Previously worked within Social Housing (Desired)
- Knowledge of social housing management and good practice in terms of tenancy and estate management, and tenant suppor
