Customer Liaison Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer in South Tyneside.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between different departments within the organization
Deal with incoming queries from the public regarding issues within their properties.
Booking engineers to go out to deal with property issues.
The Candidate:
Must Have communication skills, both verbal and written
Must hold a minimum of 5 GCSE's Including English and Maths at grades A-C (5-9).
