Responsibilities
• Amplify the customer voice through strategic storytelling• Maintain a deep knowledge of customer use cases• Support customer speaker efforts for key events• Provide support to the Customer Appreciation Program• Provide support to managing peer review sites• Contribute to overall marketing campaign strategy
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business• Placement year, internship, or 1-18 months of experience• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or business development• Ability to drive results in a fast-moving team• Passion for marketing• Excellent communicator and highly organized• Time management and prioritization skills• Ability to travel as needed
