Job Description

We are looking for someone with proven customer service skills, to deliver a high-quality level of service to our customers and stakeholders, with specific responsibility for servicing our Real Estate Finance Customers.


The ideal candidate would provide support, when required, to the core Customer Service team, responsible for our customers’ day-to-day journey.

About you


For this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:


  • Excellent customer service skills, high productivity level, and knowledge of Real Estate Finance and anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Previous experience within the financial services sector, ideally in Real Estate Finance.
  • Attention to detail, proven to deliver work to a consistently high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, building effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Organised and efficient approach and able to work effectively as part of a team. ​
