- To complete removal and refit tasks, repairs or replacements, in line with the requirements for the relevant MO Sale Channel, and in line with industry best practice.
- To remove any adaptations fitted to vehicles, in line with the MO Adaptation Removal Guide.
- To ensure that all equipment and tools, used when carrying out the role, are in good working condition and are utilised in line with the manufacturers specification.
- Manage tasks to ensure optimum process flow, supporting the achievement of volume and process time kpi’s.
- Ensure that any issues or delays, experienced on a daily basis, are highlighted promptly, in order that resolutions are implemented, in advance of backlogs being created in onsite processes.
- Highlight any recurring issues which compromise safety. Additionally, anything which impacts kpi’s negatively.
- Liaise with other onsite colleagues to ensure that actions are taken to resolve.
About You
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets, producing quality output.
- You respond positively to initiatives and recommendations, associated with the achievement of targets and kpi’s.
- You have a positive approach and contribute in team meetings and feedback sessions.
- You are aware of the importance of compliance with all Environmental, Health and Safety regulations, and contribute to a culture where any issues are highlighted, in order that all colleagues continue to work in a safe environment.
- You are an effective communicator.
- You are receptive to feedback in respect of your own performance.
- You are a team player.
- Previous experience as a vehicle mechanic.
- High level of knowledge of industry best practice and standards in respect of MET work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to provide feedback based on data and information.
- Comfortable in dealing with people of all levels of seniority
- A flexible approach to working hours.
- Full UK Driving license.

We operate hybrid working across the organisation where we split our time between working on-site at our offices, and at home, remotely within the UK.
