We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Risk Analyst to join our Annuity Client Services Team within Retirement Solutions.

The role
You will provide support to the Client Services team in identifying, assessing and monitoring risks across the Group Risk Universe with a keen eye to improve the control environment. This will include creating high quality reports and management information to be discussed within governance forums.
Working collaboratively across the function you will utilise the Phoenix Group Governance, Reporting and Compliance system to monitor, evidence and report on control performance whilst also providing insightful and accurate reporting. You will openly challenge and make suggestions for improvements on the controls and business processes to enable Stakeholders to make well-informed decisions.
You will drive and support embedding and ongoing management of the risk management framework within the Client Services team. This may include monitoring of policy compliance, business risks and action plan management with robust reporting to support the Retirements Solutions business.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience of operational risk management in a financial services environment
- Good analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience of utilising a Governance, Reporting and Compliance system. A great collaborator with the ability to maintain a variety of relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders. We want to hire the whole version of you.
