Customer Sales Advisor

Sue Ross Recruitment are thrilled to be working with an Electrical company based in Chapeltown who are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a new division. This will be a full-time role for 3 months, Monday to Friday office-based role with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.

Daily duties and responsibilities for this role include;

• Producing quotes and using bespoke business software
• Managing a call list
• Dealing with all inbox queries
• Updating CRM system with orders and quotes
• Participating in department meetings
• Raising job numbers and completing costing sheets
• Monitoring personal KPI’s

Outbound/ Inbound telesales experience is a must for this role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, a strong customer focus and a positive attitude to achieving results. You will be methodical, IT literate and have a systematic approach to decision making. The ability to see problems as a challenge and overcome these to see the bigger picture is a must.
