Customer Sales Advisor

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to work on behalf of a household brand. In this role you’ll contact customers and offer them additional products and special deals that can’t be found elsewhere. 
We aren’t looking for any particular experience, it’s all about your communication skills, ability to engage customers and willingness to take the training on board. All you need is a great attitude to learning and the ability to pick up the phone and talk to customers.
Main duties to include:

• Calling customers to let them know about great offers and additional products
• Asking questions to establish the most suitable products
• Explain recommended products, price, contract details and next steps
• Update customer details and process the order
• Deliver excellent customer service levels and look after the brand’s identity at all times

We are looking for:

• Reliable and wants to do a good job

Benefits:

• £10.42 per hour (£21,673.60 per annum)
• Monthly commission, top earners £1000-£2000 per month

• Hours 10am-7pm Monday to Friday - no weekend work
• Overtime may be available but not essential
