Purpose of the role:
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm - 5 days a week.
As the focal point of our onsite sales and customer engagement, you will ensure that we have a strong sales presence at the property at all times and support and coach your property colleagues with sales and service-led behaviours.
You will be required to deal with sales enquiries from customers and visitors and provide appropriate sales advice and information through email, website enquiries, by telephone and in person and you will need to be confident in the use of computer systems, email, Instagram, TikTok and basic office software.

Based in our clients show apartment you will be responsible for:
- Conduct viewings and building tours as a positive sales-focussed presence
- Provide an outstanding level of service to our visitors
- Create a fun and welcoming environment within the building, to enhance our residents accommodation life and maximise opportunities.
- To respond to sales enquiries quickly and professionally.
- Be responsible for overall tracking of leads, enquiries, viewing feedback and conversion and ensure opportunities are maximised and activity is effective.
