This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in the offices in Thorpe Park. Free parking is available on site as well as excellent transport links.
What looking for -
- Previous experience within a customer focused position, preferably within an outbound role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident working to KPI's and targets set by your manager
- Ability to work across multiple IT systems

What you'll be doing -
- Handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls with customers
- Discussing a variety of products and services with customers to understand what's most suitable
- Provide an excellent, quality service to customers at all times
- Ensure customer records are updated accurately and effectively
Hours of work -
- 5 days per week across Monday to Saturday
- You'll work 1 in 3 weekends, if you work a weekend you'll have a day off during the week
