Customer Sales Consultant with SaaS / Software experience in the HR, Payroll, LMS or Recruitment sectors required to be responsible for growing revenue with existing customers. Working for a fast-growing European SaaS provider, they will provide a great platform for you to achieve your targets.
Salary: Basic £60,000 plus uncapped commission – OTE £100k
Location: Flexible/Hybrid working- the Sales team is based in London; however they only go into the office 2-3 times a month or more if you prefer.

Role: Working closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives, develop and execute account plans, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all commercially related matters.
- Identify competitive displacement opportunities and whitespace across the customer base to drive campaign and engagement to grow revenue.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer revenue growth and customer lifetime value.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with cross functional teams to close deals.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to review performance, identify areas for revenue growth.
Skills and experience
- Experience in Account Management or Sales role within HR or Payroll technology sector, or related sector such as Learning Management or Recruitment software.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, experience managing and growing relationships with enterprise level customers.
- Familiar with CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Good Attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills
