Our client is looking for individuals to join their Customer Service department where you will gain excellent training and personal development plans, to work successfully in a Customer Service role, dealing with customers who have their agreements with the business.

This is an inbound position no sales or cold calling, and you will assist customers with any queries which could relate to any of the following:

• Change of personal details i.e. address, contact details
• Changes to bank details and payments
• Assisting with queries relating to agreements and contracts

The Individual:

• Enthusiastic
• Confident communicator, happy to be on the phone
• Keen to learn
• IT savvy
