Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity with an established client of mine for a Customer Service Manager in the Dorking area. This role will involve managing a team of 4 Customer Service advisors in a busy Bodyshop business, so previous motor trade experience, ideally in a Bodyshop would be ideal. You will be responsible for customer care and satisfaction as well as working closely with your team on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities

• Manage the fron of house team
• Monitor and maintain customer care standards
• Manage any customer complaints and issues

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the motor trade
• Present a professional image at all times
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Be confident in managing people

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary £35 - £40k
• Bonus scheme worth up to £8,000 a year
• 45-hour week Monday to Friday
• 23 days holiday + BH
