Our client

Supplying their bespoke products globally they are without doubt a market leader. Due to business growth they now want to add a passionate service professional to their Customer Service team.

This is a dual role where you will look after both commercial and industrial clients.

The role

• Acting as the first point of contact for existing customers
• Delivering excellent Customer Service
• Responsible for shared mailbox whilst managing personal inbox
• Providing regular updates to clients
• Processing refunds/ discounts where necessary
• Updating CRM with all customer note
• Chasing deliveries for customers  
• Liaising with multiple departments

The candidate

• Previous service experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to grasp a technical product
• Great attention to detail is paramount
• Ability to multitask
• Must take ownership of your own work
• Comfortable working towards KPI’s
• Must have a good work ethic
• Personality is everything in this role!
