Job Title: Customer Service / Administrator

Location: Knebworth

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm ( Tuesday 8.30am - 5pm) - Temporary - Perm

Pay: £24,000 - £25,000 per year

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 4 different inboxes
• Answer customer queries via live chat, phone or email
• Assisting customers with placing orders
• Maintain customer records and ensure customer needs are met
• Troubleshot and resolve customer complaints
• Processing orders
• General admin tasks

Skills Required:

• Able to multitask, and manage time efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Work under pressure
• Ability to work on your own or in a team
• Admin experience
• Customer service experience
