On offer is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a multi-million-pound state-of-the-art UK Construction and Plant Hire business as they experience a rapid period of growth and expansion. Working on some of the largest construction and infrastructure projects in the UK, they offer excellent career prospects and opportunities.
In this role, the Customer Service Advisor will play an integral part in the business' future success, being tasked with leading by example, ensuring all company procedures and process are maintained to a high standard, work closely with all areas of the business from finance, operations, sales, support to help co-ordinate relevant processes and implement improvements in all areas of the business, as well as supporting and assisting the company's future growth plans and it's ongoing digital transformation.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have experience in a similar role and be keen and eager to join a large construction company.
