Office Environment:
Our office is located in the centre of the picturesque Market Town, Poulton-Le-Fylde, overlooking St Chads Church. It is surrounded by a number of local Shops, Cafes and Restaurants and within 100 yards of Poulton Train Station. This makes it an ideal location, both for people living locally, or for those that need to commute. The staff have been working in the business for a number of years and are encouraged to work hard and to enjoy time socially as a team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Insurance / Office Administrator. The individual will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service, account management, and providing insurance solutions for commercial clients. Once trained, the individual will also liaise with insurers and underwriters to ensure clients have the best possible cover options and price.
About you:
Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred, but not essential as full training will be given
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work and competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to work well within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
