Job Introduction

  • Lytham St Anne's, Lancashire 
  • Permanent 37.5 per week across 7 days, within the department opening hours of 7.45am – 6pm
  • Salary: 22,636.56 per annum + excellent benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our Customer Service Department as a Customer Service Administrator at our Beaverbrooks Head Offices in Lytham & St.Anne's.  

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and a passion for Customer Service who will join our team and handle a variety of crucial tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Handling all department post 
  • Sending out free post returns service, gift bags and packaging. 
  • Measurements and product images for customers 
  • Managing and updating stock in/out of the department
  • Assessing items and providing a condition report.
  • Booking repairs in/out 
  • Arranging exchanges/refunds 
  • Partial refunds for orders 
  • Raising Royal Mail/DPD investigations 
  • Weekly audit check of stock on department 
  • Reception cover part time until 2025 to help with hosting visitors. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic understanding of logistics and stock management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS 

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with RM/DPD investigation processes
  • Knowledge of product repair booking systems
  • Experience with customer management software
  • Understanding of web fulfilment processes
  • Experience in reception duties
