Customer Service Administrator
Hours are based on: 37.5, Monday to Friday, 9 - 5 with 30 mins for lunch
Hourly rate: £10.42
Start Date: W/C 11th March if possible - 1 month project (may be extended)
Location: Blackburn, BB1
Overview:
As part of our analogue to digital switch project we are going to be sending out a mail drop to between 100 & 200 (initially) of our private clients advising them about the switch and telling them to expect a call from us to explain about/arrange the switch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact each of the clients by phone to explain about the switch from analogue to digital, when this will happen and what it means for them.
- Arrange the order and dispatch of any necessary equipment.
- Follow-up call to talk the client through the set up of the new equipment.
Due to the nature of the business, it is essential that the person has a high level of emotional intelligence.
In terms of background:
- Previous telephone experience either inbound or outbound.
- Good Admin skills.
- Ability to show empathy and patience when speaking to clients.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Accuracy when processing data.
