Our client based in Cheadle is seeking 3 experienced Customer Service Administrators to join their busy team.
Main Tasks:
- Transferring calls to the right person
- Data Entry
- Typing of emails
Person Spec
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Methodical approach
