Customer Service Administrator

Exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a career within the Insurance Industry this role is a Customer Service Administrator to work on our busy sales floor

Duties include:

• Learn about Home and Motor insurance.
• Answering incoming calls to assist customers.
• Assist with Midterm adjustments.
• Using our inhouse quote systems.
• Ensure all customer details are recorded and entered onto systems accurately.
• Ensure all customers understand the terms and extent of the cover in line with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent Customer service and satisfaction.
• Dealing and liaising with the insurers we trade with.
• Scan /Sending out Insurance documentation.
• General administration such as recording notes on the progress of each quote you are working on.

Suitable candidates

Applicants should be reliable, have, good communication, team-working and interpersonal skills and be keen to learn.
Qualifications required are GCSEs in English and Maths, grades A - C. Having a Business Studies qualification would be
