Exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a career within the Insurance Industry this role is a Customer Service Administrator to work on our busy sales floor
Duties include:
- Learn about Home and Motor insurance.
- Answering incoming calls to assist customers.
- Assist with Midterm adjustments.
- Using our inhouse quote systems.
- Ensure all customer details are recorded and entered onto systems accurately.
- Ensure all customers understand the terms and extent of the cover in line with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent Customer service and satisfaction.
- Dealing and liaising with the insurers we trade with.
- Scan /Sending out Insurance documentation.
- General administration such as recording notes on the progress of each quote you are working on.

Applicants should be reliable, have, good communication, team-working and interpersonal skills and be keen to learn.
Qualifications required are GCSEs in English and Maths, grades A - C. Having a Business Studies qualification would be
