Job Purpose
A new Sales Administrator is required to support business growth and will join our friendly sales team working in our Sidcup office. You will provide the crucial first point of contact for new customer enquiries, make appointments for our sales surveyors and provide quotations. Once a sale is agreed you will send out the contract and maintain contact with customers going through the install process.
Main duties:
- General sales enquiries, often include triaging calls to other departments
- Dealing with pre-sale queries from customers
- Making appointments and managing Surveyors’ diaries
- Processing quotes and contract documents
- Booking in sold orders for installation
- Keeping in touch with customers through the install journey
- Producing installation paperwork including issuing NSI certs
- Handling any issues or complaints from customers
About you:
You will have previous experience in a sales environment - a retail or a sales office environment is ideal. You should have an excellent phone manner with the ability to build trust and confidence with customers. You should also be able to respond quickly to requests and produce accurate quotes and contracts - promptly and efficiently. Supporting the surveyors and working effectively in a team environment is also an important aspect of the job.

Working hours between 8:30 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday.
