Reed Business Support are currently working exclusively with a national brand for our West Wickham based client in securing them a Hybrid Sales Support Assistant role.
The ideal Hybrid Sales Support Assistant would need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience with the below duties:
Hybrid Sales Support Assistant Duties:
- To manage all new orders as well as providing a detailed confirmation of order documents for all customers to complete and sign.
- Responsibility for managing the diaries of all Surveyors, ensuring that appointments are efficiently booked allowing time for travel.
- To assist customers visiting the Showroom in person ensuring they feel valued and welcomed during their visit
- To answer phone calls and deal with any telephone queries about our products and/or services.
- Take payments from customers as required and update records accordingly.

The expected hours for the role are 9-5 with a one-hour lunch break. The successful candidate will need to work Saturdays once a month with hours of 9-4. Saturdays will always be working remotely, and the chosen candidate can also work additional Saturdays if they choose.
