We are looking for a strong admin focused individual to join our Sales Support Team based at our new site in Crossways, Dartford. Our Sales Support team are key in supporting our Sales Director and Account Manager in maintaining outstanding customer service.
Working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, you will be joining a team of 4 and some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Sales Director and Account Manager with new business enquiries
- Responding to internal and external account queries
- Setting up of new customer and staff accounts
- Producing and analysing reports
- Sending out product samples to customers
- Producing allergen and nutritional reports
- Supplying product specification sheets to customers
- Maintaining our customer database
- Implementing product price changes
- Inputting into future sales planning
- Management of eProcurement software portals
- Invoicing orders
We are looking for a highly organised administrator who has solid experience using MS Excel, full training on our other systems will be provided. We work on a fast-paced environment so you must be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining focus and attention to detail.
This is primarily an office-based role; however we will be happy to consider hybrid working. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer a fully remote role.
